A suspected link between a new missing persons case and a similar cold case from years ago is unearthed. As the body count rises, Endeavour deduces that there may be darker forces at play, manipulating events from afar. So it is that Oxford City Police are drawn into a tangled web of lies and deceit which will imperil them all.
