Drew resorts to desperate measures when lovelorn Mimi finally dates a new guy, Tyler (Todd Stashwick), an unemployed artist who moves into the house and proceeds to greedily use Drew's possessions and take advantage of Mimi. When his plan to make Gus (recurring guest star Matthew Josten) hate Tyler fails, Drew hires a burly man to scare Tyler away--but even that scheme has unintended consequences.
