Voir Special Forces: World's Toughest Test, Season 4 - Episode 5

The recruits are split into teams and compete to be the first group to complete an intensive race in the blistering heat. Later, in pairs, the recruits backwards dive off a platform in sync, facing their fears through teamwork.
